To be an influence. Amazing yet frightening. To have a hand in something occurring, to play a part in something happening, to help to shape events, someone’s life for example.
Even as I sit here I am perhaps influencing something, leaving a mark whether I want to or not. And it’s so easy, so worryingly easy to do so, and there are so many unknowns. And it’s possible to play a part without even realizing it.
